Jay's J16 FAQ

What size is the Jay's J16 print bed?

The J16 from Jay's Printers prints on a 16" x 24" flat bed. One run holds about 35 of our 3" blanks, 24 coasters or 10 of the 4" x 6" plaques with a 1/4" gap between pieces.

How thick a blank can the J16 print on?

Its head clears well over 1", so every thickness we sell works, from 1/8" up to our 1" photo blocks.

Do you have templates for the J16?

Yes. Every order includes a QR code on the packing slip that links to true to size SVG templates, so your artwork lines up with the cut edge.

Why cast acrylic?

Cast acrylic is clearer and flatter than extruded sheet, laser cuts with a polished edge and takes UV ink without haze. Every blank is cut to order in Otsego, Michigan and ships in 3 to 5 business days, free over $50.
