Clear Acrylic Circle Blanks for UV Printing, 1 Inch Thick Discs, for Awards and Display Bases

Solid 1" thick cast acrylic discs, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. A full inch of water-clear cast acrylic with a flame-polished edge — the heaviest round blank we make.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic is water-clear all the way through with no green edge tint. It takes UV ink without surface haze, engraves to a crisp frosted white, resists solvents, and won't yellow. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Why one inch matters

At a full inch the print sits behind real material and the polished rim throws light around the whole disc. Thin blanks read as a print with a shine on it. These read as an object.

Polished edges

On a printed piece the edge is the first thing anyone notices. Every disc is machine cut and flame polished — no saw marks, no chipping, no cloudy rim.

Print one face or leave it bare — these double as cake bases, sculpture and candle pedestals, mineral and collectible stands, and photography risers. Food-safe surface.

Ships with protective masking on both faces. Peel right before you print.
