Clear Acrylic Hexagon Blanks for UV Printing — 1/8" Cast Acrylic

Clear cast acrylic hexagon blanks, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. Genuine 1/8" cast acrylic — rigid, crystal clear, and it holds ink without warping. Not the paper-thin film sheets sold as blanks elsewhere.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic laser cuts clean with a polished edge instead of gumming and melting. It engraves to a crisp frosted white, resists solvents better, and takes UV ink without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Six clean corners

Hexagons live or die on their corners. Ours are cut on a laser and finished by hand, so every point is sharp and every edge is polished — no rounding, no chipping, no cloudy faces.
