Solid 1" thick cast acrylic blocks, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. A full inch of optical-clear cast acrylic — this is the thickness that makes a printed piece feel like an object instead of a print with a shine on it.

Sizes: 2×2 up to 12×12 inch
Thickness: 1" nominal (0.944" actual)
Edges: hand-sanded, then flame polished on all sides
Tolerance: ±0.1"

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic is optically clear all the way through with no green edge tint. It takes UV ink without surface haze, resists solvents, and won't yellow. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Why one inch matters

Thin acrylic reads as a print. At a full inch the image sits behind real material and gains depth you can see from across a room. Polished edges throw light through the whole block. Retail acrylic blocks at this thickness sell for $35–$45 apiece — this is the blank behind them.

Polished edges

On a printed piece the edge is the first thing anyone notices. Every block is CNC routed, hand-sanded and flame polished — no saw marks, no chipping, no cloudy edges.

Works with

eufyMake E1 · xTool O1 Omni · UV DTF · flatbed UV printers · laser engravers · vinyl · resin · alcohol ink · epoxy

Also excellent for reverse painting

One inch is the best thickness there is for painting the back. You view the artwork through a full inch of clear acrylic — a depth and glow you cannot get on canvas or wood. Scuff the surface lightly with fine sandpaper or a plastic primer first so the paint grabs.

Ships with protective film on both faces. Peel right before you print.
