Clear Acrylic Rectangle Blanks for UV Printing, 1/4 Inch, 2x3 to 8x12 Inch, for Photo Plaques

1/4" thick clear acrylic rectangles, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. Standard photo and sign proportions in the workhorse thickness. Rigid enough to stay flat on the bed, thin enough to ship a stack of them cheap.

Standard photo sizes, no resizing

4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 are true photo proportions, so your images drop straight in without cropping. All sizes fit the 13" x 16.5" bed on the eufyMake E1.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic laser cuts clean with a polished edge instead of gumming and melting. It engraves to a crisp frosted white, resists solvents, and takes UV ink without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Why 1/4"

At an eighth of an inch a blank can bow under heat and reads thin in the hand. At a quarter it stays flat on the bed, holds an edge under the laser, and still feels like a finished product. It's the thickness most makers settle on once they've tried both.
