SHIPPING POLICY
Prince Fabrication (Threedeeprince, LLC) Last updated: August 5, 2026
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally or accept orders for delivery outside the U.S. If an order is placed with a non-U.S. shipping address, we may cancel it and issue a refund.
PRODUCTION TIME
Nearly everything we sell is cut and made to order in our Michigan shop. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you to buy it.
Standard production time is 5–7 business days before your order ships. Large orders, bulk quantities, and custom fabrication may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Production time is separate from, and in addition to, shipping transit time. The delivery estimate shown at checkout includes both.
SHIPPING TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED
All delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout, in your confirmation email, or in carrier tracking are estimates only. They are not guarantees, and we do not offer guaranteed or date-certain delivery.
Once your package leaves our shop, it is in the carrier's hands. We have no control over how quickly it moves. Weather, carrier backlogs, sorting facility delays, holiday volume, mechanical problems, and other events outside our control can and do delay packages.
We do not refund, discount, or cancel orders because of shipping delays, and we cannot refund shipping charges for a package that arrives later than the carrier estimated. If you need an order by a specific date, message us before you place it so we can tell you honestly whether it is possible.
TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to the carrier. From that point forward, the shipment is the carrier's responsibility, and any claim for loss or damage in transit is handled through the carrier's claims process.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Please check that tracking before contacting us — it is the same information we have.
If tracking shows your package was delivered, we consider the order fulfilled and our responsibility complete. We are not liable for packages that a carrier marks as delivered, including packages that are:
- Left at your door, in a mailbox, in a parcel locker, or with a building manager
- Delivered to a neighbor, a leasing office, or another unit
- Stolen after delivery
- Delivered to an address you entered incorrectly
- Left in a location you consider unsafe
We do not issue refunds or send replacements for packages showing as delivered.
If tracking says delivered and you don't have the package, here is what actually tends to work:
- Wait 24–48 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered before it physically arrives.
- Check everywhere it could be — porch, side door, garage, bushes, mailroom, parcel locker, behind the storm door.
- Ask your neighbors and anyone else at your address.
- Contact your local post office or carrier hub directly with the tracking number. Local staff can often tell you exactly where it was left, and USPS carriers log GPS coordinates for delivery scans.
- If it does not turn up, file a claim or a missing-mail search with the carrier.
We are glad to give you the tracking number, ship date, and label details you need to file. We cannot file a delivery-related claim on your behalf.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for the shipping address you enter at checkout. Please double-check it, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers.
We ship to the address exactly as provided. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, and we cannot refund or replace them.
If you catch a mistake, email anthony@princefabrication.com immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we will fix it. Once a label is created and the package is in the carrier's hands, we cannot change it.
PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We pack carefully, but acrylic is rigid and carriers are rough. If your order arrives damaged, we will help you pursue a carrier claim — but we need documentation, and the carriers are strict about what they accept.
Do this first
Do not throw anything away. Keep the box, the packing material, and the damaged item exactly as they arrived until the claim is fully settled. USPS explicitly requires that you retain the original packaging and contents, and UPS may require a physical inspection at one of their locations. A discarded box usually means a denied claim.
Photos we need — take these before you move anything
Send these to anthony@princefabrication.com within 7 days of delivery:
- The outside of the box, showing any crushing, punctures, or damage. Photograph all sides.
- A close-up of the shipping label, clearly showing the tracking number.
- The item as it sits inside the opened box, showing how it was packed and where the packing material was.
- The damage itself, close enough to clearly show the extent of it.
- The inner packing material — foam, bubble, cardboard inserts.
Also send the dimensions of the box (length × width × height). UPS requires this for a damage claim.
Photos should be clear, well-lit, and unedited. JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, and PDF are accepted by the carriers.
Carrier deadlines
Claim windows are short and we cannot extend them:
- USPS — a domestic claim for damage or missing contents must be filed no later than 60 days after the mailing date.
- UPS — file as soon as the damage is discovered. UPS requires photo documentation and may require the package be brought to a UPS-approved location for inspection.
Report damage to us within 7 days so there is time to file properly.
What happens next
Once we have complete documentation, we will either file the carrier claim, or give you everything you need to file it yourself, depending on who purchased the shipping. If the carrier pays the claim, we will remake or refund the damaged item. If the carrier denies the claim because packaging was discarded, photos were not taken, or the deadline passed, we are not able to cover the loss.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an extended period and the package has not been delivered, contact us. We will help you open a missing-mail search or carrier trace.
Carriers generally will not declare a package lost until a minimum waiting period has passed, and we have to follow their timeline. Once a carrier formally declares a package lost, we will remake or refund your order.
REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, AND RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is refused at delivery, or returned to us because it went unclaimed or the address was undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the items once the package is back in our hands and inspected. Shipping charges are not refunded, and we may deduct return shipping costs actually incurred.
Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to resell a returned custom item. Custom and made-to-order items that are returned as refused or unclaimed may not be eligible for refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
FREE SHIPPING
Where free shipping is offered, it applies to the shipping method we select, within the United States only. Free shipping does not mean expedited shipping, and it does not come with a delivery guarantee.
