Clear Acrylic Hexagon Blanks for UV Printing, 1 Inch Thick, for Awards and Photo Blocks

Solid 1" thick cast acrylic hexagons, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. Heavy, glass-clear, and flame polished on all six sides — a blank with real presence under a print.

Measured flat to flat

Sizes are measured across the flats, not point to point — so a 6" hexagon is 6" between opposite flat edges.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic is water-clear all the way through with no green edge tint. It takes UV ink without surface haze, engraves to a crisp frosted white, and won't yellow. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Why one inch matters

At a full inch the print sits behind real material and the polished edges throw light through the whole piece. Thin blanks read as a print with a shine on it — these don't.

Print one face or leave it bare — these double as pedestals for sculpture, candles, minerals and collectibles, and as photography risers. Honeycomb-theme decor and centerpieces too.

Ships with protective masking on both faces. Peel right before you print.
