1/2" thick cast acrylic photo blanks, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. Print a photo on half-inch acrylic and it stops looking like a print — the thickness carries the image, the polished edges catch light, and it stands on its own without a frame or an easel.

Sizes: 3×5, 4×6, 5×7 and 8×10 inch
Thickness: 1/2" nominal (0.47" actual)
Quantities: 5, 10 or 25 per pack
Edges: CNC routed and edge-finished

Standard photo sizes, no resizing

3×5, 4×6, 5×7 and 8×10 — your images drop straight in. All sizes fit the 13" × 16.5" bed on the eufyMake E1.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic cuts clean, takes UV ink without surface haze, and won't yellow. Extruded sheet hazes and gums up under a laser. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Why pack pricing

This is production stock, priced for makers who are selling what they print. Buying one? Our custom-cut listings do any size from 1" to 12".

Works with

eufyMake E1 · xTool O1 Omni · UV DTF · flatbed UV printers · laser engravers · resin · alcohol ink

Not just for UV printers

The trick most people miss: paint the back. On 1/2" acrylic you're viewing the artwork through half an inch of clear material, which gives it a depth you cannot get on canvas or wood. Paint your background last and it layers forward. Scuff the surface with fine sandpaper or a plastic-compatible primer first, or the paint will lift off the slick factory face. Sand the edges to frost them or leave them polished for a glass look.

Need a different size or thickness?

We also cut 1/8", 1/4" and 1" thick, any custom dimension, no minimums. Quotes same day.
