Clear Acrylic Heart Blanks for UV Printing — 1/2" Cast Acrylic

1/2" thick clear acrylic hearts, CNC routed and flame polished in Otsego, Michigan. Cut to order from full sheet, with a polished edge all the way around the curve.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic cuts clean through the tight inside curve at the top instead of gumming and melting. It engraves to a crisp frosted white, resists solvents, and takes UV ink without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet.

Flame-polished curve

A heart is all edge — the whole shape is curve, so a cloudy or chattered edge shows from every angle. Every one of ours is routed and flame polished by hand.
