1/2" thick clear acrylic stars, CNC routed and flame polished in Otsego, Michigan. Five-point stars cut to order from full sheet, with a polished edge on every point.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic cuts clean on inside corners instead of gumming and melting — which matters a lot on a shape with five of them. It engraves to a crisp frosted white, resists solvents, and takes UV ink without surface haze.

Polished points

Star points are where cheap blanks fall apart — chipped tips, cloudy inside corners, saw marks. Every one of ours is routed and flame polished by hand.
