Why 1/4"

At a quarter inch an oval stays flat on the bed and reads like a finished piece, which makes it ideal for printed photo plaques, memorial keepsakes, door signs and name plates.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic laser cuts with a clean polished edge instead of gumming and melting, engraves to a crisp frosted white, and takes UV ink without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet.
