Sizes on this listing are measured point to point across the widest part of the hexagon. If you need flat to flat sizing, just tell us and we'll cut to your spec.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic laser cuts clean on inside corners instead of gumming and melting, which matters on a shape with six of them. It engraves to a crisp frosted white, resists solvents, and takes UV ink without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet. Most bargain blanks are extruded. Ours aren't.

Why 1/4"

At an eighth of an inch a blank can bow under heat and reads thin in the hand. At a quarter it stays flat on the bed, holds an edge under the laser, and still feels like a finished product. It's the thickness most makers settle on once they've tried both.
