How it fits your Jay's J16

The Jay's J16 prints on a 16" x 24" bed. With a 1/4" gap between pieces, one run holds about 35 of the 3" blanks, 24 coasters or 10 of the 4" x 6" plaques. The 1" thick sampler piece clears the print head, so you can try every thickness we sell.

Free artwork templates

Your packing slip has a QR code that links to true to size SVG templates for every shape, so your artwork lines up with the cut edge on the first print.

Why cast acrylic

Cast acrylic laser cuts with a clean polished edge, sits flat on the bed and takes UV ink without the haze you get on cheap extruded sheet. Protective film on both sides keeps it scratch free until you print.
