Custom Acrylic & PVC Letters

Custom dimensional letters for your wall, counter, window or event, cut to order. Type your text, pick a font, letter height and material, and see it on a wall or laid out on a table in the 3D preview. Every letter is laser or CNC router cut in our Otsego, Michigan shop and ships in 3 to 5 business days.

One flat price per letter

Every letter at the same size and material costs the same, so a W costs the same as an I and you never have to measure each character. Spaces are free. Prices drop automatically on bigger orders: 10% off at 25 letters, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100 and 25% off at 250.

Materials and sizes

• 1/8 inch acrylic in clear, black or white, 1 to 12 inches tall. Light and crisp for retail windows, shelf signs, counter displays and wall lettering.
• 1/4 inch acrylic in clear, black or white, 1 to 12 inches tall. More depth and shadow for lobby signs, menu boards and storefront walls.
• 1/4 inch white PVC, 1 to 12 inches tall. A matte white, paintable letter for walls, photo backdrops and events.
• 1/2 inch white PVC, 3 to 23 inches tall. Thick, sturdy letters that stand up on their own for tables, stages, backdrops and big wall signs.
• 1/2 inch clear acrylic, 3 to 23 inches tall. Heavy, glass clear letters with a premium look for reception walls, weddings and trade show booths.

Fonts

Choose Bold Sans, Sans, Optima or Serif. Need your logo font or a script font? Send it over for a free quote and rendering.

Wall mount or table top

Switch the 3D preview between Wall view and Table view, with a banana for scale (banana not included). Thin acrylic letters mount flat to a wall with double sided mounting tape or silicone. Thicker 1/2 inch letters can stand on their own on a counter, shelf or table, or mount flat to a wall the same way.

Frequently asked questions

How tall should my letters be? A good rule is about 1 inch of letter height for every 10 feet of viewing distance for easy reading, and bigger for a bold look. For a reception wall seen from across the room, 8 to 12 inch letters work well. For counter and shelf signs, 2 to 4 inch letters are common.

Are lowercase letters available? The builder makes capital letters, which read best on signs. Contact us for lowercase or script lettering.

Can you match my logo or paint the letters? Yes. Send your logo or artwork for a free quote and rendering, usually the same day.
