The item had a flaw. I sent a note with pix to seller, who readily agreed and said another would be sent. I heard nothing after two weeks and so, opened a case with Etsy. Seller replies to Etsy that the item was within the description. Pure hogwash and insulting to one’s intelligence; did he think Etsy would not investigate and see the initial messages?
I was refunded by Etsy, but this seller is not to be trusted. It was a simple item, easily fabricated by any half-competent Lucite manufacturer. To throw the blame on me after agreeing that it was flawed is unconscionable. If this is how he handles a small matter, imagine what a more complex order would result in…
