Short answer: the eufyMake E1 has a 13" x 16.5" flatbed print area, so 3" blanks fit 20 at a time, 2" blanks fit 35 at a time, and 4" blanks fit 9 at a time with a 1/4" gap between pieces. For your first batch, a mixed pack of 1/8" shapes is the easiest way to learn what prints well and what sells.
We make acrylic blanks for UV printer owners, and a lot of our customers run the eufyMake E1. Here is what we have learned about choosing blanks for it.
How many blanks fit on one E1 print run
eufyMake lists the E1's maximum print area as 330 mm x 420 mm, which is 13" x 16.5". Leaving a 1/4" gap between pieces so the head clears each edge cleanly:

Filling the bed matters because you load, align and start the job once for the whole batch instead of once per piece.
Which thickness works best on the E1
For most E1 projects we recommend 1/4" cast acrylic: it stays flat on the bed and feels like a finished product. Use 1/8" for magnets and tags, and 1/2" or 1" for freestanding photo blocks. We break down each thickness in our guide What Thickness Acrylic Is Best for UV Printing?
Why the blank matters as much as the printer
- Cast, not extruded. Cast acrylic takes UV ink without haze and laser cuts with a clean polished edge.
- Identical pieces. When every blank in a pack is the same size, one template prints the whole batch without nudging each piece.
- Protective film on both faces. Peel right before printing so dust and fingerprints don't end up under the ink.
