These are sized and finished for the printers our customers actually own: the eufyMake E1, the xTool O1 Omni, and any flatbed UV printer, from desktop machines to production flatbeds. At 1/4" thick they sit flat on the bed and print evenly, and the 3.5" round size batches easily, so you can lay out a full run of coasters and print them in one pass.

Why cast acrylic

Cast acrylic takes UV ink cleanly without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet, cuts with a clean edge, and engraves to a crisp frosted white. Most bargain coaster blanks are thin extruded plastic. Ours are a full quarter inch of cast acrylic, so they feel like a finished product in the hand and won't flex under a wet glass.

Print on the back for a glossy finish

A popular trick: print your design reversed on the back face (white ink as the final layer), then add the bumper feet. Your artwork shows through a quarter inch of clear acrylic on top, protected from scratches and spills.

Are the bumper feet included? Yes, four clear self adhesive bumper feet for every coaster in the pack.

Can I engrave them with a laser? Yes. Cast acrylic engraves to a frosted white on CO2 and diode lasers.
