Not sure which thickness to buy? Hold all four in your hand and print on each before you order in bulk.

Includes: one 4" x 6" clear cast acrylic piece in each of 1/8", 1/4", 1/2" and 1" thick
Edges: laser cut (1/8" and 1/4"), CNC routed and smooth (1/2" and 1")

Which thickness is right?

1/8" is light and cheap to ship, best for magnets, tags and wall pieces. 1/4" is the all rounder for coasters, plaques and signs. 1/2" and 1" stand up on their own and are the go to for photo blocks and awards. This sampler answers the question in about a minute.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic laser cuts with a clean polished edge instead of gumming and melting, engraves to a crisp frosted white, and takes UV ink without the surface haze you get on cheap extruded sheet.

Free artwork templates

Every order includes a QR code on the packing slip that links to true to size SVG templates for the pieces in your kit, so your artwork lines up with the cut edge on the first print.
