Clear cast acrylic keychain blanks, cut and polished in Otsego, Michigan. One pack with every keychain shape we cut, so you can test them all before you buy in bulk. Each piece has a 3/16" hole already cut.
Shapes: 2" circle, 2" square, 1.5" x 2.5" rectangle, 2" heart, 2" star and 1 1/8" x 2" dog tag
Pack sizes: 4, 6 or 8 of each shape (24, 36 or 48 pieces)
Hole: 3/16" diameter
Thickness: 1/8" or 1/4" cast acrylic

Why cast acrylic
Cast acrylic laser cuts with a clean polished edge and takes UV ink without the haze you get on cheap extruded sheet. 1/8" is the classic keychain thickness. 1/4" gives a chunkier, premium feel in hand.
Hardware
Blanks ship without rings. The 3/16" hole takes standard split rings, jump rings and ball chain. Get the keychain hardware we recommend on Amazon.
