Why Order Blanks From a Small US Shop
A lot of UV printer blanks on the market come from large distributors moving huge batches of a handful of standard sizes. That works fine if your project happens to match one of those sizes. If it doesn’t, you are stuck trimming stock sheets yourself or hunting for a supplier who will cut custom.
We are a small, USA based, Michigan made operation. Every blank is cut in house on our own equipment, not dropshipped or relabeled from a third party. Because we are small, we can take on custom shapes and one off orders that larger suppliers won’t touch, and you are talking directly to the people running the saws and lasers, not a support queue.
How Custom Shapes Work
If you have a shape in mind, whether it is a logo outline, an odd sized panel, or a specific geometric cut, send us your file as an SVG and we will cut it from the thickness you choose. No minimum quantity applies to custom shapes either.
